The Swartz family is one of those families you just look up to. They have 3 beautiful children and are all full of life. The youngest, Colton, has had to go through many obstacles just to be able to do things that average children sometimes take for granted. This boy is truly a super hero...he finally received a kidney transplant and is on the road to be the greatest he can possibly be.
